| Information about ways of payment |
| 1. Payment for Germany |
- You can pay using cash on delivery (COD), PayPal or bank transfer in advance. Registered clients have also the possibility to be delivered with invoice. This is possible since the 4. order on Your request.
- For cash on delivery (COD) payments, a additionally surcharge of 6,00 EUR will be charged.
- If You like to pay with PayPal, please use the integrated functions. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal Homepage. After the payment is done, You will be redirected back to our site.
- If You choose payment in advance with bank transfer, You will get a bonus of 3% discount for this payment method.
- In case of bank transfer in advance, it is not possible to dispatch the goods before the amount isn't arrived at our account. Please be patient, depending of the credit institutes, it can take up to 3 days, until the money is arrived.
- You will not accelerate the dispatch time with bank transfer in advance also, if you send a screenshot of the transfer or something similar. It is often necessary, despite confirmation, and with belief of good trust, to do an overdue notice for the defaulting amount.

| 2. Payment for non-German customers |
- Foreign customers unfortunately can only order by bank transfer in advance. The payment will be done by transfer the amount to our banking account or using PayPal. I You choose banking, You will get a 3% discount.
- Since July 2003, a foreign bank transfer must not cost more than a domestic one. You will get the needed numbers (IBAN / BIC) with the confirmation e-mail.
- Please don't forget, the payment must arrive here free of charge. Only if the whole amount is arrived, a dispatch will be possible.

- In case of bank transfer in advance, it is not possible to dispatch the goods before the amount has arrived in our account. Please be patient, depending of the credit institutes, it can sometimes take up to 3 days until the money has arrived.
- If You order from a non-European Union state, You will be charged with Your local tax and customs by Your country.
- Business Clients from the European Union have the ability to order without German tax. In this case it is necessary, to write Your valid VAT-ID in the form. Be sure to write 100% the correct date, our federal office for finances proofs this data every time. We are not allowed to deliver without their agreement, You won't get Your order, until all data are proofed.
